Head of B2B GTM

We are seeking a colleague to lead our B2B GTM. In this pivotal position you will oversee our traction with companies, employee benefit firms and healthcare plans.

The Role

• Develop a B2B strategy for Pitstop including selling direct to companies, employee benefit firms and healthcare plans.
• Lead the successful execution of the GTM strategy including building a B2B team (in due course).
• Work closely with key members of the wider team. For example, Head of Content.
• Reporting direct to Pitstop's CEO - Richie Choudhary. He was formerly Director, Head of Product at Headspace.

Your Qualifications

• Your background / personal story is relevant to our North Star.
• Minimum of 7 years experience selling a mobile app solution B2B. Including companies direct, employee benefit firms and healthcare plans. Ideally within wellbeing or digital health.
• Demonstrated commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of B2B customers, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and engagement.
• Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment.
• The US is our biggest market opportunity therefore we have a preference for the candidate to be based there.
• Experience managing a remote team is preferred.
