Unlike generic AI, our AI Avatars are trained specifically on individual coaches' confidential methods, proprietary insights, and decades of expertise. Each AI Avatar undergoes extensive review by the actual human coach to ensure authenticity. They're also built with coaching-specific guardrails and ethical boundaries that generic AI lacks.
There's no fundamental difference in how employees use AI Avatars versus human coaches – it's simply a question of budget and preference. Both provide the same quality coaching experience, whether employees need quick check-ins, habit tracking, immediate guidance, or want to explore deeper questions about their approach to work and life.
Research shows it can be. A 2024 study found that participants built similar moderately high levels of working alliance with both AI and human coaches, with no significant difference between treatments. Many participants actually report feeling more comfortable being vulnerable with AI coaches due to reduced judgment. Stanford and Columbia University research echo these findings, showing AI coaches can deliver trust, satisfaction, and effective guidance on par with human coaches. All coaches undergo vetting including verification of credentials and experience, review of their coaching methodologies and client testimonials, assessment of their digital presence and thought leadership, and evaluation during our AI Avatar creation process.
Most organizations can launch AI Avatars within 14 days. Step 1 (30-minute discovery and demo call) can happen immediately. Step 2 (14 day pilot with your test group) can begin within hours of our call. Step 3 (organization rollout) follows based on pilot results. We provide dedicated support throughout the process.
Minimal training is required. The interface is designed to be intuitive, similar to familiar chat applications. We provide optional onboarding sessions and support materials, but most users can start immediately.
Enterprise packages include unlimited AI Avatar access for all employees, customer support, usage analytics and reporting, dedicated account management, and onboarding support.
Enterprise contracts are 12-month terms with auto-renewal.
No, individual coaching conversations are not used to train the model by default. Our AI Avatars are trained on the coaching expertise and experience of real coaches, as well as redacted session data only where clients have given explicit approval. This ensures the model improves while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.
All AI Avatar conversations maintain the same strict confidentiality standards as traditional coaching relationships. Individual session content is never shared with employers, HR teams, managers or any external parties - they only receive anonymized usage analytics and engagement metrics. Our enterprise clients get insights on coaching topics and participation rates, but never the actual content of conversations.
